PoshProp was founded in 2013 by Rupesh Gera, who is born and brought up in New Delhi, India.
He completed his schooling from Delhi’s prestigious Bal Bharati Public School. After his schooling, he went to Mumbai to complete his degree in Hotel Management from IHM Mumbai. Thereafter, he got an opportunity to work with various leading 5 star hotels where he rendered his services to various client facing roles.
During his tenure with leading 5 star hotels, he imbibed the values of integrity, honesty, and loyalty. He also developed an interest in architecture and business management. Being a keen learner, his quest for knowledge took him to IILM, where he completed his MBA successfully.
He then founded a few companies and sold them off to explore better avenues. He started dealing in high-end real estate business, servicing his prominent clients.

She began her career selling services, then transitioned to insurance, before finding her true calling in real estate. Nancy has worked with major real estate giants across Delhi NCR, including both brokers and builders. Her extensive experience in Noida’s real estate market has allowed her to witness its remarkable transformation. Starting from the very bottom of the real estate pyramid, Nancy’s ambition and drive have enabled her to grow and thrive in this ever-evolving industry. A well-known face in real estate, she has been actively involved in its development, particularly as an emerging market in NCR.
Puneet Verma, an MBA graduate in Sales and Marketing from the Institute of Management & Development in Delhi, brings a wealth of experience to the table. With 8 years of professional expertise in Sales and Marketing, he has spent 4 years specializing in the real estate sector. Puneet’s career also includes 2 years at HDFC Securities and 2 years at Religare Securities. Additionally, he has managed a successful business as a fmcg distributor for 4 years. Born and raised in Delhi, Puneet’s diverse background makes him a well-rounded professional in his field.
